GENERAL CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
Effective: from 22 September 2025
The present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") set out the description of the service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") available on the website www.naragh.hu of AROSA Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft. (Registered office: 3526 Miskolc Mechatronikai Park 14.; Tax number: 12656309-2-05; Cg: 05 09 008936; represented by Attila Kmetti, Managing Director; hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider") and the conditions of use.
- BASIC PROVISIONS
The issues not regulated in these GTC and the interpretation of these GTC shall be governed by Hungarian law, in particular with regard to the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Civil Code") and Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services (Elker. tv.), and the provisions of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses. Specific products are subject to the relevant sectoral legislation. The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation shall also apply to the parties without any special stipulation.
These GTC shall be effective from 22 September 2025 and shall remain in force until revoked. The Service Provider shall be entitled to amend these GTC at any time, the amended GTC shall be published by the Service Provider on the website and shall enter into force upon publication on the website. The Service Provider shall notify registered/previously registered Users of the change by e-mail. The amendments do not affect previously concluded contracts, i.e. the amendments are not retroactive.
By placing an order, the User acknowledges that he/she accepts the provisions of these GTC as binding.
The Service Provider reserves all rights with respect to the website, any part thereof and the content displayed thereon, as well as the distribution of the website. You may not download, electronically store, process or sell the content of the website or any part of it without the written consent of the Service Provider (except for this document and the Privacy Policy).
2.4. The Service Provider shall not be liable for the sale or purchase of products published on other websites not linked to the Service Provider and not operated by the Service Provider.
- SERVICE - DESCRIPTION, FEES, CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
On the website www.naragh.hu, the Service Provider presents the products that the person visiting the website can choose from. Information and descriptions of the individual products are contained in the product data sheet. In order to avoid any possible misunderstanding, it should be clearly stated that the product range displayed on the website, including the price of each product, is for information purposes only and reflects the status at the time of viewing. The Service Provider accepts no liability for inaccuracies in the product descriptions. The Service Provider confirms that the photos on the site next to the individual items are illustrations, the packaging and appearance of the items may differ from this, may change.
Items listed on www.naragh.hu are available for purchase while stocks last. During the operation of the site, due diligence is exercised in the display and updating of individual items. The Service Provider shall not be liable for the existence of individual stocks.
- REGISTRATION, MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, CANCELLATION
The User is entitled to discounts only after prior registration. The User is required to provide accurate and true data during registration. If there is a change in the User's details, the User shall immediately notify the Service of such change via the Service's telephone helpdesk or by e-mail or by sending a letter to the Service's postal address. The User may also request the cancellation of his registration in the same way. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to provide the information or to notify the Service Provider.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delivery delays or other problems or errors caused by incorrect and/or inaccurate data provided by the User.
The Service Provider has the right to immediately delete the User's registration (and with it the User's account) if there is reason to believe that the User has violated the GTC. The cancellation of the registration shall not affect the provisions of the GTC which, by their nature, shall remain in force thereafter.
- SECURITY
During the registration process, the User must create a password for their user account. The User shall keep this password confidential and shall not disclose it to any unauthorized third party. The User is fully responsible for all transactions made from his/her account. The User shall immediately inform the Service Provider if he/she suspects that his/her password has been misused or obtained by a third party(ies). If the User's suspicion is justified, the Service Provider shall be entitled to block the User's account and at the same time request the User to change his/her password. The Service Provider shall not be liable to the User for any damage suffered as a result of the User's disclosure or misuse of his password, whether by the User or a third party.
- PLACE AN ORDER
After registration, the user logs into the webshop and/or can start shopping without registration.
Orders can be placed until 24:00 on the Thursday of the week prior to delivery.
The user selects the products to be purchased and sets the number of items.
User adds the selected products to the shopping cart. The User can view the contents of the basket at any time by clicking on the "basket" icon.
Click on the "delete - X" icon to delete the contents of the basket. To finalise the quantity, the User clicks on the "Proceed to checkout" icon.
User enters the delivery address and then the delivery/payment method. The order is submitted by clicking on the submit order icon.
After the order has been sent, the Service Provider will send a confirmation e-mail, in which the details of the order will be detailed, taking into account the provisions of Chapter VII of these GTC. The confirmation e-mail will also include the expected delivery time.
The Service Provider will notify the User by e-mail of the prices determined after packaging for products that are not equalized.
In accordance with the provisions of these GTC, a contract between the Service Provider and the User for the purchase of the Products shall be concluded only if the User does not exercise his right of withdrawal within 48 hours after placing the order.
In summary, the contract for the provision of the service is established through the following process:
- the User compiles and submits the order as specified above
(II) The Service Provider shall send an electronic confirmation of the Order, which shall contain the name of the ordered product, the quantity, the amount payable (including the service fee plus tax), the expected delivery time, the amount of the credit limit granted to the User and the possibility to cancel the order.
(III) The Service Provider shall inform the User of the product(s) delivered and the consideration to be paid (including the service charge plus tax), by making an offer to purchase them.
(IV) the Supplier delivers the products to your door. At the time of receipt, the User may express his/her intention to raise a quality or quantity objection to the product(s) received, which will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
The resulting contract is evidenced by the invoice issued by the Service Provider.
Based on Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, the contract thus concluded is considered an off-premises contract in Hungarian, not in writing, which is not registered by the Service Provider.
By using the Service, the User expressly accepts and agrees that the Service Provider will confirm the conclusion of the contract on the receipt or invoice provided.
In the legal transaction of sale between the Parties, the Service Provider is obliged to transfer the ownership of the goods, the User is obliged to pay the purchase price and take possession of the goods.
If the seller is an undertaking and the buyer is a consumer and the seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the buyer, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer when the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer takes possession of the goods. The risk passes to the buyer at the time of delivery to the carrier if the carrier has been engaged by the buyer, provided that the carrier has not been recommended by the seller.
- PAYMENT/DELIVERY METHODS:
Payment: The payment of the order value is possible in B.-A.-Z. and Heves counties through a terminal, by payment by credit card upon receipt of the order.
In and around Budapest, only cash payment is available at the courier.
In addition, for all delivery locations, it is possible to pay in advance via Simple Pay, in which case the maximum gross price of the product calculated in advance is blocked on the credit card, while the actual charge is made only after the cut, based on the final measured weight.
The payment method is free of charge for the User.
Delivery: B.-A.-Z. county all orders placed before midnight on Thursday will be delivered between 14:00 and 19:00 on Wednesday and Saturday of the following week. In and around Budapest orders placed before midnight on Tuesday will be delivered on Friday (15:00-18:00) and Saturday (8:00-12:00) of the same week. Heves county once a week, on Wednesdays, between 9:00 and 18:00 (deadline for placing an order is midnight on the Thursday of the week before the order). The delivery charge will be indicated on the delivery note and on the invoice as a separate item. The service provider is endeavouring to expand its service, but currently delivery is available in the municipalities detailed below. Different rules apply to the transport of liver, heart and tongue offal due to the shorter expiry date. These products are delivered on Saturdays only (this service is not available in Heves County and Budapest and its surroundings). Accordingly, if an order includes several types of beef products and offal, the entire order will be delivered together on Saturday only.

For orders between 20.000,- Ft and 40.000,- Ft: 1.490,- Ft
For orders over HUF 40.000,-: HUF 0
The cost indicated does not include VAT, the rate of which is determined in accordance with the legislation in force.

- GUIDE PRICE, QUANTITATIVE DIFFERENCES
The products displayed can be ordered online from the online shop. The prices of the products displayed on the website are indicative guide prices, which means that the prices of certain goods at the time of delivery (delivery to the User) may differ from the guide prices set out on the www.naragh.hu website at the time of selection.
The prices displayed for the products are in HUF, gross prices (i.e. they include the VAT required by law or, if the Service Provider invoices VAT-free, the prices are the amounts payable), but do not include charges related to delivery and payment. No extra packaging costs will be charged, unless the User requests decorative or other special packaging.
In the webshop, the Service Provider shall display the name and description of the product in detail, and, if possible, a photo of the product.
If a promotional price is introduced, the Service Provider will fully inform the User of the promotion and its exact duration. The Service Provider shall act lawfully when determining the promotional prices, in compliance with the rules of Joint Decree No. 4/2009 (I. 30.) NFGM-SZMM on the detailed rules for the indication of the selling price and unit price of products and the fees for services.
If, despite all the care taken by the Service Provider, a price is posted on the Webshop for which the Service Provider does not have the will to conclude a contract, the Service Provider is not obliged to confirm the order at that price, but has the option to reject the offer and offer to confirm the price it deems appropriate, in the knowledge of which the User has the right not to accept the modified offer.
According to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (Civil Code), a contract is formed by the mutual and unanimous expression of the will of the parties. If the parties cannot agree on the contractual terms, i.e. if there is no mutual and unanimous expression of the will of the parties, there is no valid contract, which would give rise to rights and obligations.
Quantitative differences
If the User does not select the product by quantity, the Service Provider reserves the right to deliver the product with a certain difference due to inaccurate measurement.
The exact net weight of certain products, due to their nature, cannot be determined at the time of ordering and will be determined after packaging.
However, the Service Provider will of course do its utmost to keep this deviation as small as possible, i.e. as close as possible to the quantity specified by the User.
- HANDOVER RECEIPT
For home delivery
When placing an order, the User shall indicate the exact delivery address and the time when delivery is convenient for him.
User's delivery date will be specified in the order confirmation.
The User shall ensure that the delivery address provided is clearly identifiable and easily and safely accessible. In the event of failure to do so, the Service Provider shall not be liable for the delivery or failure to deliver, or for any damage that may be incurred in this connection.
At the time of delivery, the User must ensure that he/she can be contacted by telephone, given that the person making the delivery will call the User before arrival to clarify the delivery transfer. If the User cannot be contacted by telephone or is not at the delivery address provided at the time of registration within one and a half hours before or after the delivery time, the delivery shall be deemed to have failed due to the fault of the User. In this case, the User shall bear all the legal consequences of the failure as set out in these GTC.
Failure of handover-Takeover
The Service Provider shall do its utmost to enable the User to receive the Products at the time and place requested, but shall not be liable for any delay caused by facts and/or circumstances beyond the Service Provider's control or beyond its reasonable control.
Accordingly, the Service Provider shall, on the basis of the rules of the "no-order" procedure, if the Consumer does not indicate his/her intention to withdraw (and does not declare whether he/she wishes to take delivery of the product(s) ordered), claim the value of the product (in view of its perishable nature) and the return delivery costs from the User.
The User acknowledges that, if necessary, the Service Provider will initiate legal proceedings in order to enforce its claims, as a result of which the User will also be liable for the payment of other (legal) costs (including the fees for the order for payment procedure) arising from the breach of contract.
- COMPLAINTS, COMPLAINT HANDLING, WARRANTY, PRODUCT WARRANTY, GUARANTEE
If the User qualifies as a consumer, he/she may exercise his/her right of withdrawal pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.). The User may not exercise the right of withdrawal in respect of perishable goods or goods that retain their quality for a short period of time, subject to the following. The User may exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. cancel the order placed, within 48 hours of placing the order. No cancellation is possible thereafter.
The User may, of course, refuse to take delivery of products which are not in conformity for any reason at the time of taking delivery. If the product is found to be defective only after delivery (or at least if the cause of the defect already existed at the time of delivery), the Customer may still make a complaint via the Service Provider's customer service hotline, by e-mail or by letter to the Service Provider's postal address, or by contacting a business partner employed by the Service Provider.
In addition, the User may submit a written complaint regarding the conduct, activity or omission of any person directly connected with the conclusion of the contract, the distribution of the products or the sale of the products to the contact details provided. The Service Provider will investigate the complaint immediately and remedy it as necessary. The Supplier shall reply to the complaint within 30 days.
In the event of a dispute relating to the quality, safety, application of product liability rules, quality of service, conclusion and performance of the contract between the parties (hereinafter referred to as "consumer dispute"), the User shall be entitled to initiate the procedure of the conciliation body of the county chambers of commerce and industry in order to settle the dispute out of court.

- AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE
The Service Provider shall provide the Service in the territory of Hungary and shall do its best to maintain and continuously improve the quality of the Service. However, the technical aspects of the Service do not guarantee to the User that the Service will be available or will function without error at all times and in 100% of the time. In the event of a technical fault, the User may report the fault via the Service's telephone helpline or by e-mail. The Service Provider will then make every effort to rectify the fault as soon as possible.
The service provider only delivers to your doorstep in specific municipalities. A list of these locations is included in the GTC.
The Service Provider reserves the right to restrict the Users' access to the www.naragh.hu website for as long as it is necessary to carry out repairs and maintenance, to improve the system or to introduce new system components.
- CONTACT
Although the Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the accuracy, factual correctness and relevance of the content on www.naragh.hu, it cannot guarantee the User that it is fully adequate in all cases. The Service Provider does not provide any guarantee and is not responsible for any errors, omissions or technical difficulties that may occur during the use of the website. If the Service Provider discovers inaccuracies in the content, it undertakes to correct them as soon as possible, provided that this is feasible.
In particular, the Service Provider shall not be liable for:
- the www.naragh.hu website is not compatible with the User's terminal and software or connection to an electronic communications network;
- technical difficulties, including errors and malfunctions with the www.naragh.hu website.
- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The relevant provisions are available in the Privacy Notice, which can be found at www.naragh.hu available on the website.
- PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, USE AND OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE
The www.naragh.hu website is owned and operated by the Service Provider, which is entitled to all rights (including copyright and other rights) under which it may lawfully dispose of the said website and its content (in particular, but not limited to, its presentation, databases, illustrations, information, etc.).
Users are obliged to comply with the relevant legislation and the provisions of the GTC for the duration of their visit, and not to harm the reputation and rights of the Service Provider or other Users.
Some parts of the Website use small data files, so-called cookies, which are stored on the User's computer in order to identify the User. The User may use the browser program to set or prevent the use of cookies, but please note that without the use of cookies, the User may not be able to use all the services of the Website. By visiting this website and using some of its functions, the User gives his/her consent to the storage of these cookies on the User's computer and their access by the data controller. Cookies are stored for 30 days as a general rule, but the User may request their deletion at any time and may also set and block cookie-related activities using a browser program. Please note, however, that in the latter case, without the use of cookies, you may not be able to use all the services of the Website. The Internet Protocol ("IP") address of the visitor's computer is logged in order to record the visit to the website concerned, and this data is stored for statistical purposes only. The data contained in the log file will not be linked to any other personal data by which the user could be personally identified.

- MIXED PROVISIONS
The information on the products presented on the website www.naragh.hu is for information purposes only. The packaging of the product purchased (received) by the User contains all the information specific to the product, both as regards its composition and its use/application, and the User is therefore obliged to read and understand this information carefully after receiving the product, for his/her own safety and that of others.
The GTC shall govern the terms and conditions of the use of the Service, so that at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract with the User, its provisions shall become an integral part of the sales contract. The GTC shall be governed by Hungarian law.
If the competent court finds that a particular provision of the GTC is invalid, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the other provisions of the GTC, which shall remain in full force and effect.
If the Service Provider does not exercise its rights in the event of a single or repeated breach of the GTC, this shall not be considered as a termination of rights in any way.
