Our meat farm is located in Felsőnyárád in Northern Hungary, a region with wonderful natural values. Our company started farming years ago as a family business; the crop production activity was soon supplemented by cattle breeding.

Where the Naragh meat comes from

Our cattle herd is housed in 3 locations, with a total of 6 stables equipped with modern manure management and feeding technology.

Our cattle are free range, grazing on our own land, fattened on our own GMO-free feed.

Our meat processing plant is equipped with modern and efficient technology, and the work processes are carried out by skilled professionals.

As a nature- and animal-loving brand, we take great care to comply with animal welfare regulations and to follow the ideals of ethical animal husbandry. Sustainability is also important to us and we run our business from renewable energy sources.

Our products offer an outstanding gastronomic experience, as a result of the constantly controlled stock conditions.

Origin of the name

Felsőnyárád is an Árpád-era settlement. Its name was first mentioned in the chronicles as Naragh in 1299. Our ancestors living here grazed their animals on these lands and lived their daily lives. From them we inherited a love and respect for nature. Hundreds of years of history have left us with countless memories of the struggle for survival and hard work. It is for this reason that we are building our brand, Naragh, with our common strength and dedication, as a fitting tribute to the values they left behind.
